Janeen

Trainer

Janeen is our certified yoga instructor and SPRC gym mom. She has been practicing yoga since college, where she learned to relieve stress and take time to care for herself mentally, physically, and emotionally. Finding this stillness and becoming centered inspired Janeen to want to share this feeling of calmness with others in this busy world. Her goal is for each and every person to unapologetically take time for themselves to find the stillness, be centered and take that calmness off the mat. 

Janeen teaches class with more modern music selections, and she takes time to focus on large muscle groups to open and release tension and stress from overworked muscles. As an active member of CrossFit SPRC herself, Janeen brings a unique perspective and benefit to our athletes as she is familiar with our programming and what our bodies need from week to week.

Janeen will actively be working on breath work, connections and create challenging fun moments. When Janeen is not teaching, she takes heated Vinyasa and likes to try new things as a lifelong learner.
