I’m a CrossFit Level 1 coach with an emphasis on strength and weightlifting.  I started CrossFit in 2012 and immediately fell in love with the intensity and community.  The first time I touched a Barbell was in a CrossFit gym and I became fascinated by weightlifting and strength training.  I spent the next 11 years CrossFitting with a strong emphasis on Olympic Weightlifting and Power Lifting.  I started coaching in 2023 to give something back to the CrossFit community that’s given me so much.  Everyone can be stronger than they ever thought possible.  As a coach I aim to help people reach that point and beyond.
